Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaundroMAIL ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LaundroMAIL is a marketing automation platform that enables businesses to send email and SMS campaigns to their customers. The Service includes:

  • Email and SMS campaign management
  • Customer database management
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Consent collection tools
  • Integration with point-of-sale systems

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Violate the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or other messaging regulations
  • Send messages to individuals who have not provided consent
  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. SMS Messaging Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will only send SMS messages to recipients who have provided express written consent
  • You will honor all opt-out requests immediately
  • You will comply with all applicable SMS messaging laws and regulations
  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper consent from recipients

6. Fees and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Base subscription: $150/month
  • Additional locations: $50/month each
  • Additional users (beyond 5): $5/month each

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LaundroBoost LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LAUNDROBOOST LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date.
